What is the Elite Retreat Promotion?
It’s your chance to qualify for an amazing incentive event in Scottsdale, Arizona, where you will earn your hotel stay and a ticket to an exclusive, elite multi-day personal development and leadership training with Michael Bernoff and your fellow Elite Retreat winners.
What is the location and what are the dates?
The location will be in Scottsdale, Arizona and the event will be held in April, 2023 (exact dates to be determined).
Do I need to register to qualify?
Yes. Registration will open on January 1, 2023.
How do I earn the Elite Retreat?
This will be a two-month promotional qualification period in January and February 2023.
The first round of qualification starts in January. To continue to compete for the incentive in February, you must meet the minimum qualifications in January.
How do I qualify for Groups 1 or 2 in January?
Group 1:
· Enroll a minimum of six (6) people and 600QV in newly enrolled volume in January; OR
Group 2:
· Enroll a minimum of three (3) people and 300QV in newly enrolled volume in January; OR
New enrollments must be personally enrolled.
How many Youngevity businesses will be invited to this Elite Retreat?
There will be 10 businesses awarded to attend the Elite Retreat after the promotion ends (February 28, 2023). These winners will be announced during March.
The details below are subject to change at anytime during the contest due to number participants, number or qualifiers, and/or business needs.
Group 1 will send nine (9) winners. Group 1 January qualifiers will be placed into divisions of similar rank and past performance to compete for the event. Winners in Group 1 will be determined by place in their respective divisions.
Group 2 will send one (1) winner. These will be selected via a drawing. Group 2 January qualifiers will have a second set of minimum qualifications to reach in February. Distributors meeting these qualifications will be placed into a drawing for the winning spot.
How do I earn the event during the February portion of the promotion?
February starts Round 2 of the Elite Retreat Promotion. All Group 1 and Group 2 qualifiers advance with an opportunity to attend the event. Here are the February rules:
Group 1
This group will send eight (8) winners to Scottsdale
Group 1 qualifiers will be placed into four (4) competitive divisions
Divisions/standings will be posted during the first week of February
The top two (2) point earners in each division earn the event. (8 total)
QV = points
Points are earned in three (3) categories:
Winback orders (must be the enroller of record and must be on your winback list)
New enrollments in February
2nd orders placed by your January 2023 enrollments
Must earn a minimum of 1,000 points to be eligible to win
Must have a minimum of 200 points in at least 2 of 3 categories
Group 2
Group 2 will send two (2) winners to Scottsdale via drawing (no divisions)
To get into the drawing, you must meet the minimum point qualifications in February
Points = QV
Points are earned in three (3) categories:
Winback orders (must be the enroller of record and must be on your winback list)
New enrollments in February
2nd orders placed by your January 2023 enrollments
Must earn a minimum of 500 points to be eligible to win
Must have a minimum of 100 points in at least 2 of 3 categories
Notes
Points (QV) are cumulative from all three (3) categories
If any earner is unable to attend, they forfeit their spot on the event
There is no compensation offered for anyone who does not attend

Winners will be announced during the first two weeks of March 2023.
When is the qualification period?
The first qualification period takes place January 1, 2023 through January 31, 2023. Those meeting the minimum qualifications for Group 1 or Group 2 will get to compete in February for the actual Elite Retreat event. This is a two-month promotion.
If I don’t reach the minimum qualifications in January, can I still compete in February?
No. Only January qualifiers will advance to February.
Can I earn multiple prizes if I own multiple positions and/or family members involved in Youngevity?
No. Only one winner allowed per household and family. Youngevity reserves the right to determine who is attending the event, regardless of qualifications, points, or standings.
If I won or earned the Elite Retreat in October-November 2022, can I win this Elite Retreat too?
No. You cannot win or earn the event in consecutive promotions. Youngevity reserves the right to change this rule based on business needs.
What’s included if I earn the Elite Retreat?
You will win a three-night stay at a resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. The event will include a ticket to an exclusive, elite Michael Bernoff personal development and leadership training. Exact dates TBD.
Does the prize include airfare or spending money?
No. You will be responsible for purchasing your own flights, transportation, and meals.
What rank do I need to be to earn the Elite Retreat? Is it open internationally?
The Elite Retreat promotion is open to all Youngevity ranks and distributors in good standing in all countries where allowed by law.
If I earn the Elite Retreat, who gets to go?
One Youngevity business per household/family can earn the event. Qualifiers/invitees can bring a guest to their hotel stay only, but must purchase an additional ticket to the Michael Bernoff training if they would like their guest to attend.
Can I bring a guest?
You may bring a guest to stay with you in your hotel room, but if your guest wants to attend the Michael Bernoff training, an additional ticket must be purchased. Only the winner (1) gets to attend for free as part of their prize.
If I cannot attend, can I send someone in my place or transfer the event/tickets to someone else?
No. If you cannot attend, your spot will be given to the next qualifier in line or by drawing at Youngevity’s sole discretion. Total spots are not guaranteed and if a qualifier cannot attend, their spot may not be filled, based on timing and business needs.
If I don’t earn the event, can I still pay to attend?
Yes. The event will be held in April 2023 (exact dates TBD). More information will be provided to anyone who wishes to pay for their own event tickets, hotel, flights, and transporation.
If I earn the Elite Retreat but cannot attend, will I be compensated in another way?
There will be no form of compensation provided to any individual or business who cannot attend the event. No part of the prize is not transferable.
Will backdated orders count for January or February for this contest?
No. Backdated orders will not count towards contest qualifications or standings. No exceptions.
If I don’t win, is there an opportunity to still attend?
Possibly. If an earner or winner is unable to attend the event, Youngevity may offer spots to other qualifiers, depending on availability, timing, dates, and business needs.
Are there any other rules, qualifications, or information I should be aware of?

Additional rules and qualifications information:
Youngevity Distributors must be in good legal standing with the company to earn the Elite Retreat event. Youngevity reserves the right to revoke any invitation or remove anyone from qualification based on their sole discretion.
If the Elite Retreat is modified, changed, or canceled for any reason, no compensation in any form will be given in lieu of the event.
If an event winner cannot attend, there will be no form of compensation given, and spots are not transferable. You may not send someone in your place. If you are unable to attend, Youngevity may determine a replacement by choosing the next qualifier or by drawing, depending on timing, availability, and business needs. Some spots may not be filled.
Points and qualifications can only be earned by one account per Distributor and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
If you have multiple Youngevity Distributor accounts, you must notify the company which account you intend to use for qualifications for the Elite Retreat by registering in January 2023.
Maximum one (1) Youngevity account per household and family can qualify or register for the contest.
Points from any previous promotion or contest are not transferable to this promotion. Points from this promotion cannot be used for any other promotion and cannot be carried over into any other Elite Retreat or future promotion.
Points have no cash value.
Except where prohibited, participation in the any Youngevity promotion constitutes your consent to use of your name, likeness, entry, and city, state and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. You agree to the use of your actual name and not just the name of your business.
For this contest, “paid rank” must be earned for any rank qualifications. No forced rank will be counted for points.
Returned or cancelled orders, Distributors, or Customers will not be counted for the contest.
New enrollments will be counted by the date the account was created in the Youngevity system and will be attributed to the enroller of record only.
Normal CEO Pak QV (500) will be used for qualifications.
Achieving the minimum number of points or qualifications does not guarantee an invitation or attendance on the Elite Retreat event. Youngevity reserves the right to change the number of qualifiers/attendees without notice.
Youngevity reserves the right to change any of the rules or qualifications based on business needs, travel costs, or other factors without notice. The rules on this website supersede any and all rules that February be communicated verbally or in writing via email, social media, or any other website.
If an Elite Retreat winner is unable to travel to the prize destination for any reason, including personal reasons and/or governmental or regulatory travel restrictions, Youngevity reserves the right to determine alternative event winners at their discretion. No compensation will be offered in lieu of the event prize. Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances.
Youngevity reserves the right to change the number of businesses that qualify for any Elite Retreat/event promotion and/or rules and qualifications based on business needs and Distributor performance, without notice.
