• TO EARN THE CRUISE (please read carefully)*:
  • The minimum qualification to earn ANY cruise prize in the divisions listed below is five (5) new enrollments in May and 1,000 QV in newly enrolled volume in May (5/1,000). Enrollments MUST have an order with QV associated to count for this promotion.
  • Every April qualifier will be placed into divisions based on competitive fairness. Please check the standings for your name and division. Please read below to find out how many cruise prizes will be awarded per division.
  • Division A – the top five (5) distributorships at the end of May, based on newly enrolled volume (QV), will earn the cruise. Additionally, all distributors in this division who meet the minimum qualification but do NOT finish in the top 5 places will be entered into a drawing for two (2) cruise winners.
  • Division B - the top five (5) distributorships at the end of May, based on newly enrolled volume (QV), will earn the cruise. Additionally, all distributors in this division who meet the minimum qualification but do NOT finish in the top 5 places will be entered into a drawing for two (2) cruise winners.
  • Division C - the top five (5) distributorships at the end of May, based on newly enrolled volume (QV), will earn the cruise. Additionally, all distributors in this division who meet the minimum qualification but do NOT finish in the top 5 places will be entered into a drawing for one (1) cruise winner.
  • In the case there's a division where there aren't enough minimum qualifiers, Youngevity reserves the right to shift those prizes to a different division, into a drawing, or not award those cruise prizes.
• PRIZE UPDATE: Anyone reaching the minimum of 5 new enrollments and 500QV in newly enrolled volume in May (5/500) will earn a GUARANTEED PRIZE - an amazing Youngevity shirt! All other prize drawings will be at the usual 3/300 minimums, listed below.
• IMPORTANT NOTES: Only one distributorship per household or family name can earn the cruise. Youngevity reserves the right to determine cruise prizes based on fairness, business conditions, business needs, and non-duplicate names.
  • Absolutely no backdated orders will be allowed to count for the May portion of the contest. No exceptions.
• SECOND CHANCE: For those who qualified in March but not April, you can still earn prizes! You will be placed into the Consolation Division. Anyone meeting minimum qualifications of 3 new enrollments and 300QV in newly enrolled volume in May will be eligible for weekly prizes drawings. This tier/division will NOT be eligible for any cruise prizes.

*Divisions/tiers and their qualifications in May are subject to change to ensure the contest fairness and to adjust for business conditions and needs. Tiers could be divided into separate divisions based on the number of qualified participants for May.

FAQ's and Additional Rules

Will backdated orders count for this promotion?
No. Please get your enrollments and orders placed early. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

What prizes are being offered?
An incredible Youngevity Cruise as a Grand Prize, as well as many other prizes and drawings for participants who meet the minimum qualifications each month (prizes TBD – check the Official Youngevity Facebook Page for updates).

I qualified in April. Do those totals get added to May?
No. The months are not cumulative. Each month will have its own set of unique qualifications.

How do I earn the cruise prize?
Please read all of the rules and qualifications above and check the standings to determine which division you have been placed into, what the qualifications are for that division, and how many cruise prizes will be awarded for the top finishers in that division.

If I win the cruise, how many people can I bring?
Cruise Grand Prize will include cruise fare for two (2) people on a cruise line and travel dates selected by Youngevity. Airfare, ground transportation, spending money, and gratuities will be the responsibility of the promotion winners. If you wish to bring additional guests, you will need to purchase those cruise fares.

If I can't make it to the cruise, can I give the prize to someone else or send someone in my place?
No. The Cruise Grand Prize is not transferrable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, Youngevity reserves the right to award the prize to another participant or forfeit the prize based on business needs and travel conditions.

What are the cruise details?
You'll be sailing on the Celebrity Summit, November 20-24, 2025, on a 4-night Key West & Bahamas Cruise. Destinations include Ft. Lauderdale, Key West, Bimini (Bahamas), and a fun day at sea.

OTHER RULES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Promotion is for Youngevity Distributors in good standing only, in any country allowed by law. No Customers of any kind can participate. Youngevity reserves the right to revoke any invitation or remove anyone from qualification based on compliance reasons and/or their sole discretion.
• Backdated orders or backdated enrollments will not count for this promotion. Please be careful when moving orders as this could affect your qualification if an order is moved from a qualifying account.
• CEO Paks will be worth 500 QV/Points only. With double or triple QV CEO Paks the extra will not count for the contest.
• New enrollments must have at least one (1) order with QV associated during the promotion month to be counted as an enrollment. Enrollments without an order or any QV will not be counted towards totals for any promotion.
• Volume from any Youngevity Services does not count for this promotion.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change the rules, prizes, or division placement at any time during the contest based on fairness, making the contest more competitive, or business needs, including offering alternate prizes for international markets.
• If any part of this promotion is modified, changed, or canceled for any reason, no compensation in any form will be given in lieu of prizes or events.
• Points and qualifications can only be earned by one account per Distributor and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
• Qualification in this promotion does not mean you are qualified in the Youngevity Compensation Plan for any rank, payment, or compensation. Please review the Youngevity Compensation Plan for further details. This promotion is not associated in any way with the Youngevity Compensation Plan.
• Points from any previous promotion or contest are not transferable to this promotion. Points from this promotion cannot be used for any other promotion and cannot be carried over into any other Youngevity promotion current or in the future.
• Points, standings, and QV have no cash value. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of contest end or they will be forfeited.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the any Youngevity promotion constitutes your consent to use of your name, likeness, entry, and city, state and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. You agree to the use of your actual name and not just the name of your business.
• Returned or cancelled orders, Distributors, or Customers will not be counted for the contest and may be deducted from your qualification totals.
• New enrollments will be counted by the date the account was created in the Youngevity system and will be attributed to the enroller of record only.
• Normal CEO Pak QV (500) will be used for qualifications.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change any of the rules or qualifications based on business needs, travel costs, or other factors, without notice. The rules on this website supersede any and all rules communicated previously, either verbally or in writing via email, social media, or any other website.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change the number of businesses that qualify for any promotion and/or rules and qualifications based on business needs and Distributor performance, without notice.
• Cruise Grand Prize will include cruise fare for two (2) people on a cruise line and travel dates selected by Youngevity. Airfare, ground transportation, spending money, and gratuities will be the responsibility of the promotion winners.
