YOUNGEVITY "ACTIVATE!" PROMOTION

JUNE 21 - JULY 31, 2025

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• This is a contest for individual Youngevity Distributors (no teams).
• Register at the Signup link above – you MUST register to participate!
• Registration will be open June 21-30, 2025.
• The contest will be based on new enrollments and newly enrolled QV entered into Youngevity June 21-July 31, 2025.
• Enrollments will be cumulative throughout the contest, so all new enrollments with an order with QV will count, if enrolled between June 21-July 31, 2025.
• Please check the standings page to make sure you appear (everyone who registers will appear in the standings).

PRIZES:

• GRAND PRIZE: The top 10 finishers in the contest (June 21-July 31) will earn a trip for two (2) people to a resort hotel in Palm Springs, California (location subject to change, dates TBD).
• What's included in the Grand Prize: three (3) nights stay, three (3) dinners, assorted snacks, and at least one (1) group activity.
• What's NOT included: transportation, breakfast, lunches, spending money, airfare, or gratuities.
• Prize drawings will take place throughout the contest for qualified participants. Prizes for these drawings will be announced later.
• Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances and cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation. Prizes have no cash value.

HOW TO QUALIFY AND WIN:

• The top 10 finishers after the close of business on July 31, 2025, will earn the Grand Prize listed above. Each winner will get to bring one (1) guest.
• The top 10 finishers will be determined by total newly enrolled QV during the contest period.
• To be eligible to earn any drawing prize, you must enroll a minimum of 3 new people and 300QV in newly enrolled volume in the contest period (June 21-July 31).
• To be eligible to earn the Grand Prize, you must enroll a minimum of seven (7) new people and 1,500 QV in newly enrolled volume during the contest period.
• BONUS POINTS: Anyone attending the live event on June 21, 2025, will earn an extra 100 points (shown as QV) towards their contest total.
• Promotion closes on July 31, 2025 – Backdated orders will not be counted towards promotion qualification, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• A new enrollment must have an order with QV in order to be counted in the contest
• Check the standings page to review your totals and how you are comparing against others in the contest.
• Winners will be announced sometime in August 2025.

3. Get Qualified! Just enroll 3 new people and at least 300QV in newly enrolled volume during the contest to be eligible for prize drawings, and to be eligible for the Grand Prize you must enroll a minimum of 7 new people and 1,500 QV during the contest period.

• When enrolling a new Customer or Distributor: You can offer FREE SHIPPING for first time orders of $99 or more, up to $498. CEO Paks are not eligible for free shipping. First orders only.
• The maximum order for free shipping in the US/Canada is $498 (US).
• Contact your local office for incentives in your home country!
• You MUST be registered in the promotion to take advantage of this incentive.

FAQ's and Additional Rules

Will backdated orders or enrollments count for this promotion?

No. Please make sure all new enrollments and corresponding orders are placed before the close of the volume month on July 31, 2025.

Do I need to register?

YES! Use the signup link above to register today. You must register in order to be counted for qualification or any prizes in this promotion.

OTHER RULES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Promotion is for Youngevity Distributors in good standing only, in any country allowed by law. No Customers of any kind can participate. Youngevity reserves the right to revoke any invitation or remove anyone from qualification based on compliance reasons and/or their sole discretion.
• Backdated orders or backdated enrollments will not count for this promotion. Please be careful when moving orders as this could affect your qualification if an order is moved from a qualifying account.
• In the event of a tie for a top 10 finisher place or prize, the tie will be broken by number of enrollments during the contest period. Youngevity reserves the right to hold a drawing or coin flip to determine the final winners in the event of a tie.
• In the event that there are not 10 people qualified to win, Youngevity may or may not award all 10 Grand Prizes. Prizes are not guaranteed and may change or be substituted at Youngevity's sole discretion.
• CEO Paks will be worth 500 QV/Points only. With double or triple QV CEO Paks the extra will not count for the contest.
• New enrollments must have an order with QV associated in order to count for the contest.
• Volume from any Youngevity Services does not count for this promotion.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change the rules, prizes, or division placement at any time during the contest based on fairness, making the contest more competitive, or business needs, including offering alternate prizes for international markets.
• If any part of this promotion is modified, changed, or canceled for any reason, no compensation in any form will be given in lieu of prizes or events.
• Points and qualifications can only be earned by one account per Distributor and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
• Qualification in this promotion does not mean you are qualified in the Youngevity Compensation Plan for any rank, payment, or compensation. Please review the Youngevity Compensation Plan at Youngevity.com.
• Points from any previous promotion or contest are not transferable to this promotion. Points from this promotion cannot be used for any other promotion and cannot be carried over into any other Youngevity promotion current or in the future.
• Points, standings, and QV have no cash value. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of contest end or they will be forfeited.
• If someone is unable to claim a prize or make a trip or reservation, that prize will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferrable.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the any Youngevity promotion constitutes your consent to use of your name, likeness, entry, and city, state and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. You agree to the use of your actual name and not just the name of your business.
• Returned, cancelled, or transferred orders, Distributors, or Customers will not be counted for the contest and may be deducted from your qualification totals.
• New enrollments will be counted by the date the account was created in the Youngevity system and will be attributed to the enroller of record only.
• Normal CEO Pak QV (500) will be used for qualifications.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change any of the rules or qualifications based on business needs, travel costs, or other factors, without notice. The rules on this website supersede any and all rules communicated previously, either verbally or in writing via email, social media, or any other website.
