April 2024 – Round 2

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• Individuals who qualified in March now move into April
• All qualified individuals will be placed into competitive divisions
• There will be guaranteed prizes for 1st – 5th place in each competitive division
• Places and finishing in each division is based on total amount of newly enrolled QV/volume in the month of April 2024
• To be eligible to earn any prize, you must enroll a minimum of 3 new people and 300QV in newly enrolled volume in April
• Participants who did not qualify in March, but still enrolled a minimum of 1 person, will also advance to April in consolation divisions
• Consolations divisions will also be awarded prizes based on place finished and newly enrolled volume in April, using the same rules/qualifications as the competitive divisions (however, prizes and places in the consolation divisions TBD)
• Drawings – there will be prize drawings and other surprises throughout the month for anyone who reaches a minimum of 3/300 as outlined above, so get qualified!
• Contest closes on April 30, 2024 – No Backdating Orders!

• Winners and final prizes will be announced during the week of May 6, 2024

HERE'S WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW

1. Check the standings to make sure you’re listed if you qualified into a competitive or consolation division
2. Read all the rules/FAQs and qualifications both above and below.
3. Get Qualified! Just enroll 3 new people and at least 300QV in newly enrolled volume in April 2024 – then keep enrolling to move up the standings in your division!
4. If you have questions, please read the rules. If the rules don’t answer your question, please submit your question to promotions@youngevity.com
5. Be sure check the standings throughout the month of April to make sure you’re listed and your numbers are correct.

SPECIAL INCENTIVE FOR PARTICIPANTS IN US/CANADA. If you are not in US or Canada, please check with your local office for specials in your market.

• When enrolling a new Customer or Distributor: You can offer FREE SHIPPING for first time orders of $99 or more, up to $498. CEO Paks are not eligible for free shipping. First orders only.
• The maximum order for free shipping in the US/Canada is $498 (US).
• Contact your local office for incentives in your home country!

No.

Can I still register?

NO. Registration was in March only.

What prizes are being offered?

In the competitive divisions for qualifiers, prizes will be awarded to 1st – 5th place finishers based on total newly enrolled QV in April. The minimum to earn any prize is enrolling at least 3 (three) new people and 300QV in newly enrolled QV in April.

In the consolation divisions, prizes will be given out based on the same rules above, places and prizes TBD.

Can I participate if I didn’t register?

NO - but watch for future promotions.

OTHER RULES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Promotion is for Youngevity Distributors in good standing only, in any country allowed by law. No Customers of any kind can participate. Youngevity reserves the right to revoke any invitation or remove anyone from qualification based on compliance reasons and/or their sole discretion.
• Backdated orders or backdated enrollments will not count for this promotion. Please be careful when moving orders as this could affect your qualification if an order is moved from a qualifying account.
• CEO Paks will be worth 500 QV/Points only. With double or triple QV CEO Paks the extra will not count for the contest.
• Volume from any Youngevity Services does not count for this promotion.
• Qualifying in this enrollment contest/promotion is NOT in reference to any part of the Youngevity Compensation Plan or qualifying for bonuses or commissions in the Compensation Plan.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change the rules, prizes, or division placement at any time during the contest based on fairness, making the contest more competitive, or business needs, including offering alternate prizes for international markets.
• If any part of this promotion is modified, changed, or canceled for any reason, no compensation in any form will be given in lieu of prizes or events.
• Points and/or qualifications can only be earned by one account per Distributor and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
• Points from any previous promotion or contest are not transferable to this promotion. Points from this promotion cannot be used for any other promotion and cannot be carried over into any other Youngevity promotion current or in the future.
• Points, standings, and QV have no cash value.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the any Youngevity promotion constitutes your consent to use of your name, likeness, entry, and city, state and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. You agree to the use of your actual name and not just the name of your business.
• Returned or cancelled orders, Distributors, or Customers will not be counted for the contest and may be deducted from your qualification totals.
• New enrollments will be counted by the date the account was created in the Youngevity system and will be attributed to the enroller of record only.
• Normal CEO Pak QV (500) will be used for qualifications.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change any of the rules or qualifications based on business needs, travel costs, or other factors, without notice. The rules on this website supersede any and all rules communicated previously, either verbally or in writing via email, social media, or any other website.
