RULES AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR APRIL 2026

• For all of you who qualified in March to move on to April – GREAT JOB!
• April is final month of the promotion and has its own set of qualifications. Please continue reading!
• The promotion is not cumulative. You are starting fresh if you qualified for April, so please check out all the rules below.
• ALL QUALIFIERS FROM MARCH WILL NOW BE PLACED INTO COMPETITIVE DIVISIONS* FOR APRIL.
• The top three (3) places in each division (divisions 1-16) at the end of April will get to pick the prizes from an amazing list curated just for our winners!
  • 1st Place - $500 in prizes
  • 2nd Place - $250 in prizes
  • 3rd Place – $125 in prizes
  • Prize examples: Laptop computer, Flatscreen TV, Apple AirPods, Ninja blender, cooking pots/pans set, espresso maker and MORE!
• TO QUALIFY IN APRIL: To qualify for any prize in April, you must enroll a minimum of five (5) new people (Customers and/or Distributors) and 500QV in newly enrolled volume in April. All new enrollments must have an order with associated QV to count towards the promotion.
• PRIZES/SHOPPING SPREES will be awarded to the top three (3) in each division based on total newly enrolled volume in April, as long as each individual meets the minimum 5/500 qualification listed above.
• CONSOLATION/SECOND CHANCE DIVISION: If you didn't qualify in March, check the standings, we have established a second chance consolation division where anyone enrolling a minimum of 3/300 in April will be entered into prize drawings (this includes everyone participating in April)
• *Divisions/tiers and their qualifications in April are subject to change to ensure the contest fairness and to adjust for business conditions and needs.

1. Get qualified for April by enrolling a minimum of 5 new people and 500QV!
2. Read all the rules/FAQs and qualifications both above and below.
3. Check what division you're in and watch those standings.
4. If you have questions, please read the rules. If the rules don't answer your question, please submit your question to promotions@youngevity.com
5. Be sure check the standings to make sure you are listed and to verify your totals throughout the month.

If you are not in US or Canada, please check with your local office for specials in your market.

• When enrolling a new Customer or Distributor: You can offer FREE SHIPPING for first time orders of $99 or more, up to $498. CEO Paks are not eligible for free shipping. First orders only.
• The maximum order for free shipping in the US/Canada is $498 (US).

FAQ's and Additional Rules

Will backdated orders count for this promotion?
No.

Can I still register in April?
No. But those who didn't qualify in March (but registered) may get a second chance in April. Check the standings!

What prizes are being offered?

I qualified in March. Do those totals get added to April?
No. The months are not cumulative. Each month will have its own set of unique qualifications.

OTHER RULES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Promotion is for Youngevity Distributors in good standing only, in any country allowed by law. No Customers of any kind can participate. Youngevity reserves the right to revoke any invitation or remove anyone from qualification based on compliance reasons and/or their sole discretion.
• Backdated orders or backdated enrollments will not count for this promotion. Please be careful when moving orders as this could affect your qualification if an order is moved from a qualifying account.
• CEO Paks will be worth 500 QV/Points only. With double or triple QV CEO Paks the extra will not count for the contest.
• New enrollments must have at least one (1) order with QV associated during the promotion month to be counted as an enrollment. Enrollments without an order or any QV will not be counted towards totals for any promotion.
• Volume from any Youngevity Services does not count for this promotion.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change the rules, prizes, or division placement at any time during the contest based on fairness, making the contest more competitive, or business needs, including offering alternate prizes for international markets.
• If any part of this promotion is modified, changed, or canceled for any reason, no compensation in any form will be given in lieu of prizes or events.
• Points and qualifications can only be earned by one account per Distributor and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
• Qualification in this promotion does not mean you are qualified in the Youngevity Compensation Plan for any rank, payment, or compensation. Please review the Youngevity Compensation Plan.
• Points from any previous promotion or contest are not transferable to this promotion. Points from this promotion cannot be used for any other promotion and cannot be carried over into any other Youngevity promotion current or in the future.
• Points, standings, and QV have no cash value. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of contest end or they will be forfeited.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the any Youngevity promotion constitutes your consent to use of your name, likeness, entry, and city, state and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. You agree to the use of your actual name and not just the name of your business.
• Returned or cancelled orders, Distributors, or Customers will not be counted for the contest and may be deducted from your qualification totals.
• New enrollments will be counted by the date the account was created in the Youngevity system and will be attributed to the enroller of record only.
• Normal CEO Pak QV (500) will be used for qualifications.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change any of the rules or qualifications based on business needs, travel costs, or other factors, without notice. The rules on this website supersede any and all rules communicated previously, either verbally or in writing via email, social media, or any other website.
• Youngevity reserves the right to change the number of businesses that qualify for any promotion and/or rules and qualifications based on business needs and Distributor performance, without notice.
• Anyone who fails to register by March 31, 2026 will not be entered in to the promotion.
